Shipping costs

Free shipping is offered on all UK orders over £30. All orders below £30 are subject to a £3.95 shipping fee.

Delivery times

If you need your order for a special occasion or a certain date please let us know by email to julie@bearcottageinteriors.co.uk or phone 01969 666077 and we will always see if we can make it happen!

We aim to send all orders out within 5 working days of receipt. However at busy times it can take us a little bit longer. 

Orders under £40 are sent by first class delivery with the Royal Mail and should reach you in 1-3 days from dispatch (not guaranteed). All orders over £40 are sent by "Recorded Delivery" with the Royal Mail and will require a signature. They should take 1-3 days from dispatch (not guaranteed) to reach you.

Items lost in transit

Orders sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery are subject to Royal Mail terms. Parcels are not considered lost/missing by the Royal Mail until 15 working days after the sending date. We are therefore unable to resend or refund for orders lost in transit until 15 working days after the order sending date. Tracking information is available upon request.
